Vietnamese Dish - Vietnamese Flavoured Pork & Golden Eggs

I know it, you know it and even probably the Asian community which eats similar foods every week knows it. Asian food is delicious!

What I’ve brought to you is Vietnamese dish consisting of pork and golden eggs or what the Vietnamese community know it as, thit kho trung. What’s surprising is that it doesn’t seem too hard to cook. With the help of this instructional video, even a novice chef would be able to ace this meal first time round.

However, for those hitting the gym and are very calorie conscious. This meal would be quite calorie dense, particularly if you don’t cut the fat off the pork. So, you’re better off cooking it on a cheat day!

Ingredients:

  • Red Chilli pepper
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Lime
  • Coconut juice
  • Sugar
  • Fish sauce
  • Eggs
  • Pork
